How long does the relaunch really take?

Once the draft is approved we need 3–5 days to build. Including the short analysis, a feedback round and go-live you are online in under 7 days.

What happens to my domain and my email?

The domain stays yours. We prepare the move, test everything on a preview address and only then switch over. Mailboxes stay untouched and no planned downtime is required.

Do I have to supply texts and images myself?

No. We take the content of your old site, tighten it and add missing sections. Your own photos are welcome but not a requirement.

Will I lose my current Google rankings?

No. Existing addresses are carried over with redirects and titles and descriptions are set properly. Rankings usually improve thanks to the faster site.

What does the free preview demo cost?

Nothing. You get a short analysis of your current site and a draft of your new homepage — no obligation, you decide afterwards in your own time.

What happens to my old website and its content?

It stays online until we switch over. We take your texts, images and contact details, tidy them up and move them into the new structure.

Can I edit content myself later on?

Yes. Small changes are easy and we show you how. If you would rather not touch it, we handle them for you as part of Managed Care.

What is included in the Managed Care package?

Updates, backups, uptime monitoring and small content changes. Billed monthly, cancellable monthly — no long-term contract.
